You’ll get exactly 20% of the profits from every single referral. Every month.
Every referral that results in a placement gets you residual income from TSU, this can be credited to your account to pay your virtual coworkers hours.

You’ve referred 10 people who have signed up:
20% of the profits = $40 per referral
$40 x 10 people = $400 per month
** The referral must be working with the VA for 30 days for the referral to be valid and paid.
