You should be able to feel into this and know whether you are a morning, afternoon or evening type of person. Scheduling your tasks and working around your energy flow will set you up for success and help keep you focused on what needs to be done before it never gets done.

2. Eisenhower Matrix To-Do-List

This strategy is a popular way to determine whether or not you should act on any given task. It involves making an immediate decision about what can be done now, either by yourself or with help from someone else; deciding how much longer we’ll wait before pursuing something more firmly in mind—and then executing those plans as they come up!
3. 80/20 Rule ( Pareto Principle )

In order to be successful at work, it’s important to know when you should focus on essential tasks and activities. Pareto Principle suggests that 20% of your time is spent in critical areas which account for 80%.
4. Time Blocking
Time blocking is a time management method that asks you to divide your day into blocks of time. Each block is dedicated to accomplishing a specific task, or group of tasks, and only those specific tasks.
